Ok, so I haven't gone for a run in like a year. So what do I do? I decide "Hey! It's a nice day, I'm gonna go for a run outside!"

Now first thing is I've never run out side. I always ran inside. On a flat surface, in a air contioned room.

So I go out. It's like 80 degrees out, but not too bad. I start running. I'm doing good the first 10 minutes...which is down hill. Then I get to the middle hill(which it goes onto Cayuga) and go "...ya know what, I'm not gonna go the short way which is like a block, I'm gonna go the long way, which is like a few miles!" What I forgot, is that it's ALL UP HILL! *head desk* even walking my heart rate didn't drop below 180, and I thought I was being stabbed in the lungs with knives.

Seriously people, if you have not run in a while, DON'T BE STUPID LIKE ME!

Was wearing a my heart monitor thing while I ran/walked: Max: 195 Avg: 175 Min: 82
